Farm to Table Feast at Pantry

We invite you to our Farm to Table Feast, in conjunction with Natick Community Organic Farm.

Upon arrival, guests will be treated to a refreshing welcome sangria, as well as an ‘Edible Dirt’ Garden Crudité boasting assorted baby vegetables, a rustic New England cheese display featuring roasted garlic and local Natick honey, and a family-style ‘Farm Salad’ comprised of produce from Natick Community Organic Farm.

Inspired by the farm’s 40 years of providing productive open space and its commitment to farming methods that are ecologically healthy and sustainable, Chef Mclean’s delightful prix-fixe menu includes ingredients he’ll personally hand-select on an upcoming trip to the farm. It will be served as follows:

1st Course

Crispy Soft Poached Natick Farm Egg, Yukon Gold Ravioli
paired with Villa Sandi Prosecco

2nd Course

House-made Chicken Sausage and Sous Vide Chicken Breast
celeriac puree, Fordhook Swiss chard
paired with 7 Deadly Zins

3rd Course

Bacon-wrapped Roulade of Rabbit
carrot puree, Red Russian kale,
paired with Mark West Pinot Noir

Dessert

Grilled Natick Maple Cake
house-churned brown butter ice cream, maple glaze
paired with Bartenura Moscato

Pantry champions the art of American cooking for power breakfasts, social lunches, and business dinners. Reminiscent of a modern-day version of Julia Child’s kitchen, Pantry is a treasure trove of design features that weave culinary “tools of the trade” into the room’s architecture. “Chandeliers” of silverware, walls constructed of rolling pins and muffin tins, and video monitors showing episodes of such iconic cooking shows as Julia Child’s The French Chef and Graham Kerr’s The Galloping Gourmet alongside Rachael Ray’s 30 Minute Meals and Emeril Lagasse’s Emeril Live. The menu is what truly takes center stage in Pantry, with a modern and clever take on American comfort food. Fresh seafood, prime cuts of meat, composed salads, sandwiches and desserts give a deliberate nod to regional influences of the American cooking scene.
